Describe your style...

I am really smooth but aggressive at the same time. I am not afraid to try new things and hit big jumps or go faster through a corner.

Some Personal Information About Me:

Well my favorite thing to do outside of riding is to go bicycling and work on my bikes.

Do you like to travel? What's your best (clean) road trip story?

Ya traveling is pretty fun but it all depends what the roads are like. Every road trip is a good one.

Overview

 

How I got started

My parents got me a Yamaha PW80 when I was 8 and I started riding at Piru MX Park.

My first day I just got hooked.

And then the credit card bill started going up. =)

 

Goals for the Future

 

I want to become MotoGP Racer when I'm old enough.

And if I don't get into that then some sort of roadracing.

I going to try-out for the Red Bull Rookies Cup.

'mAnd next year I'm going to Loretta Lynn's hoping to do good in all of them.

Competition

How did you get started?

My dad bought me a Yamaha PW80 for $100 from a bike shop then we tore it down and built it from the ground up.

List your competitive highlights:

1.I won the 85 Novice Championship at Racetown 395 2.I came in second by one point in the Piru Spring Series. 3.I took 2nd place in my first 85 race.

What are you planning for next season?

To do the Red Bull Rookies Cup and to start racing 125's on a constant basis.

What has been your biggest accomplishment?

Winning the 85 Novice Championship.

Q&A - Personal

What inspires you to compete?

Just noticing myself do better and better.And also when I get accepted into something big.Also watching the MotoGP racers inspires me a lot.Sponsors help to make you feel good too.

Do you train? What does your schedule look like?

On Mondays,Wednesdays,and Fridays I go to the YMCA and work out on all the machines. Then on Tuesdays and Thurdays I work out by doing 200 sit-ups,200 push-ups,and 200 squats.

Why do you like this sport?

Because in my opinion it's the best sport there is. And also at my age not many other kids are doing roadracing. So when I'm at track days(with the Track Club)a lot of people come up to me and tell me I'm doing good. Also it's a good jolt to be going really fast down the front straight.And I just love to ride.

What do you want to be when you grow up?

MotoGP Racer for sure but if not AMA Superbike.

How's Life Treating You?

Right now life is AWESOME!!!!

  Hey Javelin, it's Jay here I'm rear wheel sliding in throwing you 5stars and doubling out. I think its awesome you roadrace. My Dad was an exepert superbike and unlimited grandprix roadracer in the late 1980's. he raced against guys by the names of Dave Sadowski,Jamie James,Jeff Heino and others. Laconia N.H. Briar Motorsports was the track. Now its a one line nascar track. My Dad use to take me to the AMA National there Nicky Hayden was the new kid. Miguel Duhamel was the big dog.My Dad say's moto-x is a great training tool for roadracing, so keep up the great work and keep me posted.

This is Jav's dad.
Jav's been busy catching up on homework missed due to his riding.
Javelin has been training with Jason Pridmore's "Star School" over the last year and we are really happy with the level of instruction that he has received. We love Keith's books and articles and read them all of the time. Good luck with instructing for them.
